Outgoing mail (SMTP): yourdomain.com or mail.yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server
Account Name: Your full email address
Incoming mail (POP3) Port: 995
This server requires a secure connection.
NOTE: Non-SSL settings, uncheck server requires a secure connection, use port 110
Outgoing Mail Server
Do not select 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication'
Select 'My server requires authentication'
Select the 'Settings...' button or Advanced Settings
Logon Information
Select 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'
Advanced Settings
Outgoing mail (SMTP) Port: 465
Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL or Auto
NOTE: Non-SSL settings use port 587
Delivery
Select 'Leave a copy of messages on server.'
Remove after xxx days (choose number of days)
NOTE: This setting is advised if you have more than one device checking email. This flag should be set on your POP3 account, however, your smartphone should use IMAP settings (see below). Please contact us for further help, if needed.

Use SSL: On
Authentication: Password
Server Port: 465

How to Access Web Mail - revised 02/27/23
This method allows you to *access your email through a web browser.
Open Web Mail through the browser:
https://www.mydomain.com/webmail
The main mail window opens.
In the Email field, enter the user name
as your full email address.
In the Password field, enter your password.
Click Login.
The Inbox window opens displaying all of your existing email messages.
